Quality of service- SAIFI

Pursuant to our concession, we are required to meet specified quality standards for the technical quality of the product delivered (electricity) and the technical quality of the service provided. Regarding the quality of the service, we must comply with the standards referred to the duration and frequency of the interruptions that may occur during the provision of the service.


SAIFI refers to the frequency of interruptions. It measures the amount of times a clients service is interrupted per year.
