Sales in GWh

During 2022 energy sales volume registered a 5.0% increase (from 21,710 GWh sold during the year ended December 31st, 2021 to 22,826 GWh sold in the year ended December 31st, 2022). The increase in volume is mainly due to the higher residential demand. In turn, the average consumption per user remained stable while the number of customers grew by 1.1%.

Quality of service | SAIDI

Pursuant to our concession, we are required to meet specified quality standards for the technical quality of the product delivered (electricity) and the technical quality of the service provided. Regarding the quality of the service, we must comply with the standards referred to the duration and frequency of the interruptions that may occur during the provision of the service.

SAIDI refers to the duration of interruptions. It measures the amount of hours a clients service is interrupted per year.
