During 2024, we participated in the growth of 220 students who participated in our Scholarship and Mentoring Program.
As part of our Sustainability plan, focusing on education, diversity, gender, and employment, since 2020 we have been running the Edenor Scholarship and Mentoring Program for high school and university students. Students receive a monthly stipend, are mentored by tutors designated by the Reciduca Foundation, and have the opportunity to participate in various activities and visit company facilities.
This program contributes to the development of our country by promoting studies in STEM (Technical and STEM) careers that are vital for industrial and technological expansion. It also seeks to promote the job placement of Edenor scholarship recipients.
